Seal count 9th November – 34 pups counted

From late October into November is an exciting time for FoHS members and seal wardens as we wait for the first of this season’s grey seal pups to be born at Horsey. 

Six pups born in the final week of October sadly failed to survive, but on the afternoon of 2nd November a seal warden spotted the pup in the picture below, clearly alive and tended by its mother.
